Sometimes it feels impossible, but there is help out there. Before you throw up your hands in defeat, have you been making the most of your regional resources? We don’t know what we don’t know. So, if we don’t know which regional resources exist, or that they even exist at all, that makes it hard to make the most of anything! That’s one of the reasons Ontario East exists, to make sure you know what resources exist and how to make the most of them.  For example, if you want to hire immigrants in eastern Ontario, are you making the most of your Local Immigration Partnership (LIP)? #### Meet, Support, Hire Immigrants Through Local Immigration Partnerships In case you didn’t know LIPs exist or how they can help you, other employers, and workforce development, here’s some important information.  Local Immigration Partnerships work to help immigrants integrate in their communities and build strategies to help businesses and municipalities attract newcomers to the area.
